TUFF Bags Volunteer of the Month for January is Colton Walker!

Hi everyone, this is Lisa Walker, TUFF Bags Director. Many of you will recognize Colton as my son. While we don't normally choose family members for VOM, we're making an exception that is a long time in the making.

This young man has served with TUFF Bags faithfully for many years and deserves some recognition.

Colton has been volunteering with TUFF Bags since 2019
Colton says that seeing his mom be such a strong role model for him made him want to help with packings and volunteering. He's always had the option of going or not, and he chooses to go as often as he can. (Cue the happy tears!)
He says his favorite part of volunteering is knowing that he's helping people and making a difference.
Colton says he would encourage everyone to go out into the community and volunteer somewhere. There are a lot of places that depend on volunteers, so please go out and give your time. (We wholeheartedly agree - there are so many wonderful organizations to serve some time with in our community!)
