Our Team

Pastor Scott accepted the call to serve as the lead pastor of NPNaz in the summer of 2023. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a B.S. in Sociology/Criminal Justice, and he managed restaurants before entering full-time ministry. He married Tiffany in 1992 and served 18 years in youth ministry before accepting his first lead pastorate in Gardiner, Maine, where he served for 4 years before lead pastoring at Bowling Green First in Kentucky. Scott enjoys all things Boston for professional sports but is passionate about his Ohio State Buckeyes! For fun, he enjoys playing fantasy sports, spending time with his boys (Kidron and Kasen), date nights with Tiffany, riding motorcycles and four-wheelers, and reading, lots of reading. Being a husband, father, and pastor are dreams come true for Scott.

Pastor Michael received and accepted his call to NP Naz in late summer of 2024. Michael received his call to ministry in middle school while attending a district summer camp. After years of back and forth with God during middle school and high school, Michael attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University where he earned his BS in Christian Ministry with a concentration in Youth Ministries and a minor in Bible & Archeology. This program allowed for Michael to join a month long trip to Israel for an archeological dig and tour of the country. Michael married his wife, Kennah October 12th, 2024. Before joining NP Naz, Michael served as the interim Youth Pastor at a nearby church where he grew up. Michael enjoys being at home with Kennah, their dog Gus, their cats Chestnut and Stella, and their turtle Squirt. Michael also enjoys coffee, soccer and football, and playing games. Michael hopes to gain his pilots license and own a Porsche, but good luck with that!

Tiffany joined the staff in January 2024. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has a B.A. in Education. Tiffany is married to Pastor Scott, and together they have two children, Kidron and Kasen. Being a part of the local church and serving in the community has been one of Tiffany's great joys. "I love knowing the people and businesses in the area where we minister". In her free time, Tiffany enjoys doing almost anything with her family as long as they are together. Her favorites are traveling in the car or hanging together in the same room. She also enjoys anything with a good storyline, whether it be a book, movie, musical, documentary, or conversation with a friend. "I love being pulled into someone else's story, and I value the moments when our lives intersect with other's."

Anna joined our team in the summer of 2023. She and her husband, Eric, were married in August 2025! Anna has been part of the NPNaz family for most of her life and has a heart for worship through music. She loves helping others get involved and discover how they can use their gifts to worship as well. She is currently finishing her BA in English and has a heart for teaching. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, learning new skills, and spending time outdoors—whether hiking or going for walks. She’s also an avid drink lover and can often be found with a coffee or a fun drink.
